EDUTECH 2004 well received by attendees

EDUTECH 2004, Ontario’s premier event for presentation technology in the classroom is now complete for another year and has been deemed a success by all involved.

Advanced would like to thank the many who took the time to attend Edutech 2004, held back on April 20th at the Doubletree International Hotel.

We received positive feedback on both the seminars and exhibitor area and hope everyone found the event to be informative and enjoyable.

Special thank you goes out to our keynote speaker, President and Co-CEO of SMART Technologies, Nancy Knowlton. Nancy spoke on how schools around the world are using the latest presentation technology in the classroom to enhance learning.

The early registration prize of an Epson S1 projector has been awarded to the Durham District School Board

Advanced named Vendor of Record by the Provincial Shared Services Bureau

Advanced announced today the Management Board of Cabinet had completed its evaluation of submissions for a province wide RFP and selected Advanced Inc. as a vendor of record.

This selection means Advanced is a vendor of record for projectors to all provincial ministries and other provincial government bodies across Ontario.

“We are delighted by this selection and look foward to serving our government customers over the next 3 years of this contract,” said Mark McPherson, Managing Director of Advanced.
